Reyna Noriega is a Miami-based visual artist, designer, and author known for vibrant illustrations that celebrate women of color and explore themes of identity, healing, and joy. Of Cuban and Bahamian heritage, her work draws deeply from her Afro-Caribbean and Latin roots, often featuring bold colors and simplified figures that center representation and empowerment.

A graduate of Florida International University, Noriega began her career as an art teacher before becoming a full-time artist. Her work has appeared in publications such as The New Yorker and in collaborations with brands including Apple and American Express, while her creative practice continues to focus on storytelling, culture, and community.

LEXI CHOW | Founder, CODA Network

Lexi Chow is a trailblazing visionary who has carved out a vital market for the Caribbean diaspora through her innovative streaming network, which authentically showcases the voices and stories of Caribbean culture. With a rich and diverse background in film and music, Chow artfully blends creativity with strategic insight, delivering meaningful content to audiences worldwide.

In 2022, Chow founded Caribbean on Demand All in One Place, (CODA Network), a Caribbean TV and mobile streaming platform that embodies her commitment to celebrating her global and Caribbean roots. This new venture positions her as a key stakeholder in the thriving OTT industry, uniting a network of complementary brands under one umbrella.

Her impressive career spans major film studios such as Hasbro Studios and Paramount Pictures, where she gained a profound understanding of the entertainment landscape. Aka Ali-Kerr is a highly accomplished Human Resources leader, author, and Certified John Maxwell Coach, Trainer, and Speaker with over 23 years of experience in developing and implementing best-practice strategies in compensation, recruitment, training, and employee relations. Known for her passion for people, she currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Andaz Miami Beach, Hyatt Hotels.

SHARI WINCHESTER | Designer, Creative Director, Author of Rooted

Shari Winchester is a visionary designer, creative director, and the author of Rooted, a journal created to support Caribbean women in reconnecting with themselves through reflection, rest, and intentional storytelling. With over fifteen years of experience in branding, visual storytelling, and experiential projects, Winchester brings a unique blend of creativity, cultural insight, and strategic thinking to her work that resonates deeply with our experiences as Caribbean women.

In December 2025, she launched Rooted, a journal that goes beyond prompts to include curated gatherings, workshops, and immersive experiences designed to nurture wellbeing, self-discovery, and meaningful connection for women. She is also the founder of Studio Neonness.co, where her work in colour, carnival costume design, and branding has earned her recognition for elevating Caribbean aesthetics in both local and international rooms.

Her career spans design leadership across branding, packaging, visual communication, and cultural projects, where she has consistently demonstrated the ability to translate Caribbean culture into compelling visual stories. Through Rootedand her wider creative practice, Winchester empowers Caribbean women to slow down, honour our stories, embrace our creativity, and live with intention.
