Nancy Williams: After 14 years leading teams of 25 in the corporate world, she returned to her entrepreneurial roots to help others find their “why.” As the President of NValuable Franchise Consulting, Inc, she is passionate about helping aspiring entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of business ownership. Whether she’s contributing to Black Enterprise Magazine or spearheading US Franchise Development for Ben & Jerry’s, Nancy’s approach is rooted in “well-rounded expertise meets genuine compassion.” She knows the ins and outs of the industry from every angle—consultant, writer, and developer—making her the ultimate guide for anyone looking to turn a dream of ownership into a wealth-building reality.

Kareem Edwards: Kareem Edwards is an entrepreneur and community-driven business leader from Far Rockaway, Queens. A first-generation college graduate, he studied Mathematics at DePauw University before launching his career on Wall Street at Lehman Brothers. He later earned his MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and was named a “Top MBA to Watch” by Poets & Quants. Kareem went on to lead innovation at Kraft Heinz, launching the platinum product Just Crack an Egg, and later worked at Google supporting e-commerce brand growth. In 2021, Kareem became the Franchise Owner of Chick-fil-A South Loop in Chicago, where he combines corporate strategy with community leadership. His work has been featured by CBS News, WGN TV, and Fox 32 Chicago for his impact in mentorship, food access, and leadership development.
