WI STYLE is a collaboration between CBN + Rum & Music to spotlight wi style & music. It was conceptualized purposely to celebrate all the Caribbean designers, stylists, MUAs, hair stylists, models & agencies who play a role in the industry during NYFW and beyond.

It’s where Caribbean culture meets New York Fashion Week!

Wi Style is a mix of experiences. It combines a

Fashion Pop-up Marketplace + Live Fashion Presentation + Panel talks with BIG names in the industry.

And of course, DJs + your typical Rum & Music vibes to keep the energy alive.

Attorney, Miss Universe 1998 + Carnival Catwalk TV Judge

Wendy Marcelle Fitzwilliam is a distinguished lawyer, actress, model, singer, TV host, author, and beauty queen. Crowned Miss Universe 1998 at age 25, she became the second woman from Trinidad and Tobago and only the third of African heritage to hold the title. Post-Miss Universe, she earned her law degree and was admitted to the bar in 2000. She has since held significant roles, including as a judge and host for pageants like Miss Universe and Caribbean’s Next Top Model, and served as Vice President of Investment Promotion at E TecK, a state enterprise in her country.

An accomplished communicator, Wendy has appeared on E! Entertainment's “Wild On…” and other major talk shows. She is also an author—writing Letters to Ailan, inspired by motherhood—and a broadcaster of The Wendy Fitzwilliam Show on radio.

KEANDA VIVAR

Celebrity MUA + Beauty Educator

Keanda Vivar is a seasoned celebrity Makeup Artist with over 20 years in the beauty industry. Known for creating enhanced, natural-yet-impactful looks, her artistry spans beauty and special effects, with work featured across print, television, radio, runway, and digital platforms. She has collaborated with top media companies including ABC, Essence, Netflix, BET, HBO, iHeart, and Complex. In addition to her artistry, Keanda runs a glam booking company that connects beauty professionals with opportunities for activations, festivals, events, and one-on-one sessions.

CEO + Creative Director, Pantora Bridal

Andrea Pitter is the founder of Pantora, a luxury bridal brand celebrated for its thoughtful craftsmanship, innovative textiles, and inclusive design philosophy. Created as a love letter to Black women, Pantora’s mission has always been to center and celebrate them—while welcoming and catering to women of all backgrounds. Black women are the reason Pantora began, and remain at the heart of everything the brand creates. 

Pantora’s collections are carried by select retailers nationwide, with flagship salons in New York City and Maryland. The brand has been featured in Vogue, Essence, The Knot, Ebony, Munaluchi Bride, and many more leading publications, and introduced its designs to an even wider audience when Andrea won Amazon Prime’s Making the Cut. 

ROME PRECILLA

Artist, Radio Personality + Carnival Catwalk Founder

Jerome “Rome” Precilla is a dynamic Trinidadian entertainer—an engineer-turned-singer, songwriter, actor, TV and radio personality, event host, and media entrepreneur. Rome's breakthrough included starring as the Fun Director on VH1’s reality show Girls Cruise, alongside Lil’ Kim, Mya, and Chilli. He carved a niche in the soca-parang genre—earning acclaim for clever double-entendre lyrics and witty satire, with chart-topping hits like “Annie,” “Spanish Parang,” and “D Key”.

A true media polymath, Rome launched Lit 102.3 FM, helmed the top morning radio show, hosted major events including Miss World T&T, and later became President of the Trinidad and Tobago Promoters Association. His entrepreneurial spirit also extends to food—founding Quik Slice Pizza—and producing Carnival Catwalk, a fashion-meets-carnival reality TV format he’s pitching internationally. Balancing radio, performance, production, and business ventures is his trademark, all grounded in the discipline and problem-solving mindset of an engineer.

Founder, Magic Fingers Studio + Magic Fingers Institute

Stasha M. Harris is a world-renowned hairstylist, inventor, educator, and entrepreneur. In 2009, the Trinidadian-born beauty expert opened Magic Fingers Studios in Brooklyn—initially a braiding salon that quickly evolved into an international brand. Partnering with Ampro, she launched the now-iconic Shine ’n Jam product line, later expanding to include mousse, sheen, combs, oil, hair bonnets, and Magic Fingers pre-stretched Kanekalon braiding hair—plus the patented Magic Helper tool for efficient hair prepping. Since receiving her NYS Cosmetology license in 2006, Stasha—admired for her intricate stitch braids—has traveled the world as an educator and brand ambassador with over two decades in the industry. Her work has been featured in editorial outlets including O, The Oprah Magazine, Sophisticate’s Black Hair, and Lifestyle Magazine.

In 2022, she founded the Magic Fingers Natural Hair Institute, a licensed school dedicated to training future braiders and natural-hair stylists. A proud mother of two and devoted wife, Stasha continues to inspire stylists worldwide—proving that with focus, consistency, and vision, anything is achievable.
