About the CBN Boss Lady Honors
Since 2022, CBN has announced an annual list of impactful Caribbean women in business in the diaspora in March for Women’s History Month. The criteria for these selected women include:
Born in the Caribbean or first-generation Caribbean
An entrepreneur or creative building with intention
Demonstrating recent, measurable impact in her field
Committed to professionalism, integrity, and collaboration
Actively contributing to and advancing Caribbean culture
Her work is shaped by Caribbean identity, not separate from it.
