About the CBN Boss Man Honors

In 2025, CBN will announce an annual list of impactful Caribbean men in business and leadership in the diaspora in June for Caribbean American Heritage Month. The criteria for these selected men include: The criteria for these selected men include:

• Born in the Caribbean or a first-generation Caribbean living anywhere globally

• A full-time or part-time entrepreneur or creative

• Demonstrates command of his life & his business/brand

• Remains committed to a clear vision & doing strong work

• Moves with professionalism, respect, dignity & integrity

• Steers clear of “di bad vibes” & lifts others

• Has demonstrated recent positive impact in his field

• Continues to grow & move in collaborative spirits

• Is a positive representation of the Caribbean diaspora

We will be selecting 150+ Caribbean Men in business (anywhere) to Honor in our digital series for 2026.
