Dr. Nicole K. Grimes
Nicole Grimes is an award-winning author, educator, consultant and Founder of Carib Biz Network in 2019. Her 20+ year career in education and her love of Caribbean culture served as the seedbed to start CBN - a community dedicated to amplifying Caribbean talent and entrepreneurs.
Grimes is an alumna of The Graduate Center, City University of New York (CUNY) where she received a Ph.D. in Urban Education. She is a former NYC high school principal, university adjunct Assistant professor and STEM educator. She earned an M.A. in Secondary Science Education from Teachers College, Columbia University & a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Sibley School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Cornell University.

Mary Esdelle
Mary Esdelle is a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning the financial sector, marketing, public relations, and events management throughout the Caribbean. With 7 years of hands-on experience in the financial sector and over a decade in marketing, corporate public relations, and events management industry, Mary has cultivated a profound passion for seeing projects come to life. She thrives on utilizing creativity and attention to detail to execute projects end to end, ensuring successful outcomes and tangible results.
Mary firmly believes in professionally and thoroughly executing projects to the highest standards. Her dedication to bringing projects to fruition is evident in her meticulous approach and commitment to excellence. Her resourcefulness and strong networking skills enable her to build valuable partnerships and collaborations across the Caribbean region. Passionate about championing all things Caribbean, she supports the growth, reach, and opportunities for Caribbean businesses within the Caribbean and worldwide. With its rich culture and vast potential, Mary believes that the Caribbean has much to offer and is committed to empowering and providing opportunities for its businesses and talent.
