Since 2022, CBN has announced an annual list of impactful Caribbean women in business (creatives, founders, serial entrepreneurs) in the diaspora in March for Women’s History Month. The criteria for these selected women include:
Born in the Caribbean or a first-generation Caribbean living anywhere globally
A Fonder - full-time or part-time entrepreneur/creative
Has demonstrated recent notable positive impact or accomplishments in her field
Demonstrates command of her life & her business/brand
Remains committed to a clear vision & doing strong work
Moves with professionalism, respect, dignity & integrity
Steers clear of “di bad vibes” & lifts others
Continues to grow & move in collaborative spirits
Is a positive representation of the Caribbean diaspora
For 2027, we will select:
100+ Caribbean Boss Ladies for their incredible current accomplishments across varied industries.
150+ Caribbean Women Ones to Watch who represent rising stars about to make waves beyond their local communities (cities/states/countries)
